well, where do I start? the room was disgustingly old, I woudl ve been better off at an airbnb. I expected a free upgrade for all the trouble but I just couldn't get that. ticked off, that is how I feel.

Positive, We checked in early, and the rooms were clean and warm. Lots of konbini and a 24h supermarket nearby. Just a 10-minute walk to the train station and a nice stroll to Ameyoko. The staff were super helpful.

The location is 300m from the train station, making it easy to wander around a quiet neighborhood with convenience stores like 7-11 nearby. They also offer DHC products, which is a nice touch for personal care.

The room had broken wood from the cabinet, a mouldy wardrobe without a plastic liner, and insufficient ventilation as the air conditioning only operated in bursts, leaving the air stale. Some interior details like peeling wallpaper and flat pillows diminished the comfort, suggesting the place needs an upgrade to meet expectations.

Easy access to Ueno Park, Senso-ji Temple, and nearby convenience stores made my stay enjoyable! The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always ready to assist with a smile.

Room décor had some signs of age, and I noticed a few minor maintenance issues like a sagging sink. It could use a bit of refreshing!

The location was fantastic, with easy access to both Ueno and Inaricho train stations. I enjoyed the abundance of nearby restaurants and convenience stores, making it a breeze to find meals and snacks after a day of exploring.

The balcony doors and screen door were quite dirty, which was disappointing.

It is a conveniently located hotel with a vibrant neighborhood filled with eateries and cultural attractions, and amenities like onsite coin laundry enhance the stay.

Just a solid selection for a weekend escape in Tokyo with good value considering price it charged. The location is super convenient with convenience stores nearby. Bring your own toiletries since they don’t provide many options.

The spacious room was great for our family, and we loved being so close to convenience stores and tasty restaurants like Sukiya. Plus, the neighborhood was peaceful, making it a nice area to explore, especially with Mom along for the trip.

My kids wished the beds were softer.

The staff were accommodating, even storing our luggage for us before check-in. Plus, the nearby coin-operated laundry made it convenient to handle our laundry needs.

Family friendly with great vibes

After exploring the area for the day, coming back to a cozy room was fantastic. The beds felt like clouds after long tours , and the staff were super friendly, making me feel right at home.

Not exactly budget-friendly , but worth every penny.

The room was clean and well-suited for our busy schedule, though I found the beds a bit on the firm side. Unfortunately, while housekeeping was optional, the additional cost was unexpected. The availability of smoked meats nearby was a pleasant surprise and added to the culinary experience.

I had a great stay. the extra storage in the room was super handy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Just a shame there wasn't a bigger trash bin in the room.
